Hi everyone, Carlo here. It’s been a massive six months at Apprentago. Here is a look at what we’ve been building, shipping, and scaling.
Funded by the Youth Guarantee
Apprentago is now funded by the Youth Guarantee to build the new national work experience website, running alongside our apprenticeship offering. This is a massive milestone. It means we’re not just a platform anymore; we are the infrastructure that both apprenticeships and work experience live together perfectly on one unified platform
As part of this, we are now funded by the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority to be in every single school and college in the region, along with all flagship employers. 71 out of 80 schools logged into the platform within the last two weeks. That’s not a pilot. That’s adoption.

Live in Job Centre Plus
We are now live in three Job Centres across the East of England. Work coaches are officially pushing Apprentago as their go-to resource for young people finding apprenticeships and work experience. Claimants are being recommended to use our platform and can use it to report their activity directly back to their coaches.
That’s the DWP. That’s the front line. And it’s working.
What We’ve Built

Map View Live
The map view with postcode searching is completely live, which means anyone can find apprenticeships and in-person work experience opportunities near them much easier. Plus, all NHS apprenticeships are now live on Apprentago, all postcode searchable.

Work Experience Dashboard
This development allows schools to easily manage and monitor engagement, giving educators an untamperable way of knowing exactly how many hours each student has completed. This will help you effortlessly deliver on the upcoming 50-hour work experience requirement from Year 7 through to Year 13 along with all the apprenticeships features on Apprentago.

Leading the Conversation & Supporting Employers
Our TikTok campaigns are still driving fantastic results, our recent neurodiversity campaign with KPMG was a massive success with 50,000 views in 1 day and 250 webinar sign ups from neurodiverse, disabled and long term health condition individuals in just 1 day, we got everyone on the call to sign up to LinkedIn and post about it! Results arethat 5 of those people have gone on to land apprenticeships at KPMG through our TikTok videos.

We are also stepping up for small businesses. We’re actively helping SMEs who want to hire an apprentice access up to £5,000 through the Apprenticeship Grant Funding. And posting roles on Apprentago? Still completely free. Always has been, always will be.
The Numbers & The Team
What’s Next
The vision for Apprentago has always been simple: be the number one place where young people can find, learn, and land an apprenticeship, and now work experience, too.
Looking forward, we want to be funded by every Combined Authority in the country. We want every small business to easily find the right young person through us. We want every corporate company to be able to reach disadvantaged young people easily. We want every student to have a map of opportunities, the tools to evidence their journey, and a platform that saves their teachers time, helps them secure work experience and apprenticeships for their students and gives them great Ofsted reports, and eventually plugs straight into Compass+.
Oh…. And Apprentago will be on the App Store by September. Which is quite mad when I think about it.
The Road to our Seed Round
We’re Government funded. Revenues are growing. From July, we will be opening our Seed round to accelerate this momentum even further.
If you are interested in what we are building, or want to be part of this next phase of growth, please reply directly to this email or to carlo@apprentago.com and let me know.
I found my own apprenticeship on the sixth page of Google. Nobody should have to do that. That is still exactly why we do this. Now, we have the backing, the product, and now need to keep growing the team to make it happen at a national scale.
Thank you for being part of the journey.
