APPRENTAGO TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT
This Agreement is entered into on the date of acceptance of these terms by the user ("User")
accessing the Apprentago platform ("Platform") provided by Apprentago (a trading entity of
DegreeApprenticeMedia LTD, registered in United
Kingdom, Company Number: 14847961).
1. Definitions
1. Platform: The online services, tools, and resources provided by Apprentago for
apprenticeship opportunities.
2. User: Any individual registering for and accessing the Apprentago platform.
3. Services: Features and functionalities offered to Users, including job search, application
tracking, CV creation, and apprenticeship-related resources.
4. Agreement: This document constitutes the terms governing use of the Platform.
5. Effective Date: The date the User registers and accepts these terms.
6. Confidential Information: Any non-public information disclosed by Apprentago to the
User in connection with the Platform.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for the Platform, the User agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of
this Agreement.
3. Provision of Services
1. Apprentago provides Users access to:
– Job search tools for apprenticeships.
– CV generation powered by AI.
– Application tracking systems.
– Educational resources and guides on apprenticeships.
2. Services are provided as-is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
4. User Obligations
1. The User agrees to:
– Provide accurate and complete registration details.
– Use the Platform only for lawful purposes related to apprenticeship applications.

– Safeguard login credentials and notify Apprentago immediately of any unauthorized
access.
2. The User must not:
– Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with Platform operations.
– Misuse Platform features, including spamming or uploading harmful content.
5. Intellectual Property
1. All intellectual property rights on the Platform, including software, design, and content,
are owned by Apprentago.
2. The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform
for personal purposes.
6. Confidentiality
1. The User agrees to keep Apprentago's proprietary information confidential.
2. Confidential information includes but is not limited to Platform methodologies and
internal policies.
7. Data Protection
1. Apprentago processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable
data protection laws (e.g., GDPR).
2. Users consent to the collection and processing of their personal data for apprenticeship-
related purposes.
8. Charges
1. The Platform is currently free for individual  applicant and employer users.
2. Apprentago reserves the right to introduce charges with prior notification.
9. Liability
1. Apprentago shall not be liable for:
– Loss of job opportunities due to Platform unavailability.
– Errors or inaccuracies in information provided by third-party employers.
2. Apprentago's liability, in any case, shall be limited to £500.
10. Termination
1. Apprentago may suspend or terminate access to the Platform if:
– The User breaches these terms.

– The Platform is discontinued.
2. The User may delete their account at any time, with termination effective upon
confirmation.
11. Force Majeure
Apprentago shall not be held liable for failure to provide Services due to circumstances
beyond its control, such as natural disasters or technical outages.
12. Amendments
1. Apprentago reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
2. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
