At Apprentago, we are committed to delivering exceptional coaching, leveraging the expertise of our hand-picked professionals. While we strive to enhance your chances of securing an apprenticeship or other early career opportunities, it’s important to note that we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Our role is to equip you with the tools and knowledge to navigate the job market more effectively.

Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change, which is why we offer a flexible approach to booking amendments. However, please be aware of our 48-hour cancellation policy. This ensures that our coaches can manage their schedules efficiently and continue to provide high-quality services to all our clients.

Payment Processing: All payments for our services are securely processed through Stripe. We value your privacy and security, hence Apprentago does not store any of your payment information. Transactions are handled with the utmost care to ensure your financial data remains protected.

Booking Process: Scheduling a session with our coaches is seamless and user-friendly, thanks to our integration with Calendly. This platform allows you to choose a time and service that best suits your needs, ensuring a hassle-free booking experience.

2. Payment Methods

We accept payments through debit cards via Stripe. This secure and reliable payment platform ensures a smooth transaction process.

3. Payment Terms

All payments are required upfront to secure a booking. Services cannot be booked without prior payment.

For bespoke bookings, please contact us directly to discuss your needs and arrange payment.

4. Pricing and Taxes

All prices include applicable taxes for UK customers.

Early career Mentoring (1-on-1):  £50 per one (1) hour session 

5. Billing Information

Payments are processed through Stripe.
After purchasing, you will receive a confirmation email with your receipt number.

6. Security

Apprentago does not store details of online transactions.
Our website is SSL-protected, and we use Stripe’s security features to guard against threats.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

To cancel a paid session, you must do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled session.
Cancellations can be made by emailing Apprentago@admin.com with your receipt number.
Refunds will be issued within 5 working days of the cancellation request.

8. Late Payment and Non-Payment

As all payments are required upfront, issues of late payment or non-payment are typically not applicable.
