Is Apprentago replacing Unifrog or Morrisby?
Not necessarily. Apprentago is deliberately focused on the operational journey into apprenticeships and work experience. Many schools use it alongside broader destinations or guidance platforms.
How does the outcome-backed price work?
Year one is £1,000. We agree adoption and impact KPIs before launch. Renewal moves to the standard £3,000 annual licence only when those agreed measures are met.
How quickly can a school get started?
There is no complex installation. Staff onboarding, implementation support and engagement training are included.
What about younger students and safeguarding?
Younger-student opportunity activity remains school-led. Apprentago combines teacher verification, moderated opportunities, clear data controls and responsible AI guardrails.
Does Apprentago work for schools and colleges in Wales
Yes. Apprentago shows apprenticeships and work experience across England and Wales on one platform, including roles near the border. Reporting aligned to Curriculum for Wales (Careers and Work-Related Experiences) is in development. Talk to us about a pilot.
