UCAS is for University.
Apprentago
is for Apprenticeships
& Work Experience
The careers productivity platform built for schools — track apprenticeship applications, evidence work experience hours, send opportunities to students,
and generate Ofsted-ready Gatsby reports. All in one place, for £1,000 a year OR Free through Youth Guarantee.
Apprentago gives teachers back hours every week
The careers productivity platform built for schools — even those already using UCAS & Unifrog.
Our Assemblies (Included with every School License)
When schools buy Apprentago’s software, they also receive an inspiring assembly delivered by the team and founder Carlo Weaver, a former NatWest Markets apprentice with Autism. The assembly motivates students to explore apprenticeships, educates them on diverse industries, eliminates misinformation and gives a real founder success story without downplaying university pathways.
By seeing what’s possible and learning how Apprentago works, students feel empowered and eager to use the platform, making it easy for them to start their apprenticeship journey with confidence.
Send Opportunities Directly to Students
No more hunting for the right roles or copying links into emails. Find an apprenticeship or work experience placement and send it straight to a student’s tracker in one click. You can see when they’ve viewed it, applied, or need a nudge.
Track Every Hour. Evidence Everything
Students log their own work experience hours directly on Apprentago — you verify them. See every student’s hours, placement details and progress in one place. With the government’s requirement for work experience coming, you’ll have every hour tracked, verified and evidenced before anyone asks. No spreadsheets. No chasing. No scrambling before Ofsted.
Build Student CVs
Students build their own CV using AI in minutes — as seen on Channel 4. All CVs are automatically saved to your dashboard so you can review, download and track who has one and who still needs help. No more sitting down one-to-one for an hour per student.

Story Behind Apprentago:
Meet Carlo Weaver the CEO
From Autistic & Homeless to Investment Banking thanks to an apprenticeship (watch Channel 4 interview below to find out more)
I was homeless at 15 with Autism, left school with no GCSEs, and found my apprenticeship buried on page six of Google. That one opportunity took me from a hostel in Ilford to co-managing an £83 million portfolio at NatWest at 19.
No student should have to get that lucky. That’s why I built Apprentago.
— Carlo Weaver, Founder & CEO
