You Have UCAS for University.
You need
Apprentago For The Rest

Stop managing apprenticeships with spreadsheets. Apprentago is the execution layer that plugs into your current setup giving you live application tracking, automated CV support, and Ofsted-ready data without the admin headache.

Why Schools Use Apprentago (Even If They Already Have UCAS & Unifrog)

Our Assemblies (Included with every School License)

When schools buy Apprentago’s software, they also receive an inspiring assembly delivered by the team and founder Carlo Weaver, a former NatWest Markets apprentice with Autism. The assembly motivates students to explore apprenticeships, educates them on diverse industries, eliminates misinformation and gives a real founder success story without downplaying university pathways.

By seeing what’s possible and learning how Apprentago works, students feel empowered and eager to use the platform, making it easy for them to start their apprenticeship journey with confidence.

Send Opportunities Directly to Students

No more hunting for the right roles or chasing students who don’t reply to emails. Apprentago lets careers leads instantly send targeted opportunities like apprenticeships, degree apprenticeships and work experience —straight to each student’s application tracker.

That means Careers leads can see when students view, apply, or engage.
